In the event that a confirmed vehicle is unavailable, Ridepe or the Rental Partner shall offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

Unauthorised Driver
Only the User who has registered the booking, submitted valid identity and driving licence documents, and been verified on the Platform is permitted to operate the rented vehicle. The User shall not hand over the vehicle to any other person, whether or not that person holds a valid driving licence. Such fee is non-refundable in cases of User-initiated cancellations, but shall be refunded in full where Ridepe or the Partner initiates the cancellation.

Ridepe does not independently verify the mechanical condition or insurance coverage of each vehicle and makes no warranty regarding the same.
