- Check-in and check-out policies are defined by the hotel vendor.
- Users must provide valid ID during check-in.
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We may charge a service fee or commission for bookings.

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
We are not responsible for damages, accidents, or disputes between users and vendors. Our role is limited to facilitating bookings.
Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of their services.
Final Payable Amount = Base Amount + GST (18%) + Service Fee − Discount
